~Fairy Light~

Her arm is really screwy... Trust me, I know *weeps* it's hard not to see. This is one of my characters, Indra. She's based off someone I used to play fairies with when we were little. So this character spends a great deal of time in their realm. It was done on an Oekaki; which is like an internet paintchat-like program.
