~Paint By Number Bear~

God~! It's been forever since I've tried to paint anything traditionally. I forgot what a pain in the butt acrylic can be when you're not use to it. At best I think it kind of looks like a funky little paint by number. Maybe. The colors show up a little weirdly- maybe it's the scanner or my computer *shrugs* I did this in my sketch books, so its maybe 10x8? I'm not sure how long it took me to do, I did a quick sketch of it and then popped in the extended edition of Return of the King) So-- what is that? 20 hours?

This is my dog "Bear" (He came with that name, he doesn't look very bearish to me, personally ) We were up by Sparks Lake- which is in the Cascades (I live in Oregon) If anyone wants to guess what kind of dog he is, be my guest! The humane society thought he was American Eskimo and Chow, I think he might be Husky (because of his color and body type) and a small Great Pyrenees (because of his face- plus there are some 70lbs ones in town who could be his parents) I might have done this in early 2007 but it was added to the site on July 22, 2007.
