It made quite an impression and started me on a neverending path of total fascination with fantasy films, novels, games and art. There are not many films I have seen as often as this one and even fewer that I completely enjoy every minute of each new viewing.

I'm a fan because: Beastmaster is a great story, and a very entertaining movie. It can be kind of cheesy, but for a B-movie, I give it an A+ for effort! I am a major science-fiction/sword and sorcery fan, so this was a very memorable movie that left a permanent impression on me from when I was a kid.
